High Efficiency Cutting Fluids

Uses: The products are suitable for cutting single crystal silicon, poly crystal silicon. The products can be used for different types of SiC and steel wires.

Features: The products have high suspension for SiC, can reduce the surface tension and friction, and also have a strong role in effectively reducing chip damage with chemical machinery. The products show good lubrication, oxidation resistant, cooling, easy-washed abilities. And the cutting fluids can be reuses in circles for a long time. The products are nontoxic, non-corrosive, and stable storage for a long time. In a word, it is a highly efficient cutting fluid and a green product.

Packaging: Packed in 200Kg or 1000Kg plastic drum.

Instructions: Mix the cutting fluids and SiC at the ratio 1:0.8-1, and mix for 8-12 hour, then put the mixture in the circle system.

Transport storage: The products are nontoxic, flame; therefore, they can be dealt with as common chemicals, and should be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated place, and shelf-life of 24 months.
